When the time is right we will schedule a site inspection to measure and make recommendations based on your budget, event needs and vision. Installation & Delivery
Our team will work with you to schedule and manage the installation to meet your event production schedule. Any time constraints must be communicated at the time of your reservation. Tables and chairs are delivered stacked or you can request the Rain or Shine team provide setup.
From serving utensils to grills, coffee makers and convection ovens, Rain or Shine maintains an inventory of catering tools to complete your prep kitchen.
Much of our inventory is available for sub rental to Tent Companies, Event Planners, Decorators and Rental Yards. Some of our tent inventory we can ship or deliver to you. If you prefer, we can work with your crew to install or we can do it all for you in your name.
Our tent inventory includes Losberger clear span tents 6m – 20m wide, glass walls and doors. Rain or Shine also carries an extensive inventory of Anchor Century, Eureka Elite, Eureka Genesis, Fred’s, Liri, Top Tec pole and frame tents and Stillwater Sailcloth style tents. We inventory a selection of Baytex tent liners, all of them pleated, white which are easily shipped by UPS anywhere in the country. We have 20,000 sq. ft. of preassembled plywood lay down floor on trailers ready for quick ship in addition to 30,000 sq. ft. of black and white Snap Lock “circle track” flooring. Our staging is Bil-Jax and we have ramps, handrail and 4′ starter frames for elevated decks. We also have 16′ Ameri-Can restroom trailers.
