Rain or Shine Tent Company is a hands on operation. We do
about 600 functions per year. We have hundreds of
tents and thousands of chairs with all of the equipment in
between. We feel strongly that anyone can write a
contract and rent you some equipment! It goes much
further with us. We understand events. We know
what it takes to make an event a success within your budget.
We may not always be the cheapest, but we are a value.
From the owner to the last employee, we convey a different
message. What we do is important. We understand
that trust is being put into us and we do our best to live
up to that trust.

Pember and Sarah Dupras, owners Pember has been putting up tents for 25 years. He started Rain or Shine in Saratoga Springs, NY in 1988. Pember is in charge of overall operations and involved in every event. |

Dennis Hodgson, foreman Dennis has been with Rain or Shine since 1994. He started working here in college during the summer and joined us full time after graduating Cortland. Dennis runs our field crews and leads them by a great example. Our customers are lucky to have Dennis working hard for the success of their function. |

Judy Woodley, office manager Judy is the "voice" of Rain or Shine. She is the first person you will deal with when you call. She will get the ball rolling and start to build your function. Together with Pember and Dennis she will work with you educating you and finding the right equipment for your needs. |

abroad Our work force grows considerably in the summer months. As our busy season falls from April- October having college students on summer break is a great asset.
